Refunds Policy

Refund guidance for VeriGuard Solution antivirus products, license keys, security packages, and support requests.

Refund window

Eligible antivirus product purchases may be reviewed for refund within 30 days of purchase, unless the product listing, checkout flow, or written agreement states a different period.

Eligibility

Refund approval may depend on license status, activation state, duplicate orders, technical issue verification, fraud checks, and whether support has had a reasonable opportunity to help resolve the issue.

  • Duplicate purchase or incorrect plan selection.
  • Unresolved technical installation or activation issue.
  • Billing error confirmed by VeriGuard Solution support.
  • Non-use of the license where activation has not started.

Non-refundable cases

Refunds may be declined for fully used services, completed support work, abuse of promotional offers, chargeback fraud, expired refund windows, or orders that violate our terms.

How to request a refund

Contact support at info@veriguardsolution.com with your name, order email, product purchased, purchase date, and reason for the request.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Bank, card, or payment-provider timing may vary.
